Novartis Pharmaceuticals / Eliksir Partnership
In this collaboration, Envora Global has jointly taken on the project management process for Novartis Pharmaceuticals at the Istanbul / Kurtköy location with its partner ELİKSİR. The presentation states that this project covers an area of 40,000 m². This project is one of the reference projects of Envora Global in the field of pharmaceutical factory establishment.
The team has worked together on new production facility concept design, one-way process flow and lean manufacturing, quality control laboratories and equipment, EU-GMP documentation system, warehouses with a capacity of 14,000 pallets, mechanical infrastructure, and social areas, in preparation for EU-GMP inspection. The project was completed between 2001 and 2004.
