BP Sakhalin Island Nogliki Oil Refinery Project

As part of the BP Oil Refinery Project built in the city of Nogliki on Sakhalin Island, which is part of the Russian Federation, the district heating systems for the refinery facilities have been carried out by us. The project has been implemented with infrastructure solutions that will ensure the uninterrupted and safe operation of industrial facilities in a region with harsh climate conditions.

The district heating systems have been designed and implemented in accordance with engineering principles to meet the heating needs of production units, technical areas, and support structures located on the refinery site. All mechanical installation applications have been carried out in accordance with international energy and industrial facility standards; the systems were successfully completed and commissioned between 2004 and 2005.
