BlackArk Gold Process Water Treatment Plant

The process water and gold ore washing water treatment plant, established in the Asamankese gold field with a capacity of 15,000 m³ per day, has been developed to safely treat high suspended solids, heavy metals, and process chemicals resulting from mining activities. Systems for precipitation, concentration, filtration, arsenic and selenium removal, and process water recovery have been provided. Additionally, advanced arsenic treatment systems have been implemented to reduce arsenic compounds in water to limits compliant with environmental regulations, ensuring safe discharge criteria.
