Turkmenistan Ashgabat City Center Parking and Hotel Complex Project

The Urban Parking and Hotel Complex Project, implemented in the city center of Ashgabat as part of a special project in Turkmenistan, has been realized as a turnkey mixed-use project that meets transportation, accommodation, and commercial needs together.

Within the scope of the project, parking areas aimed at reducing urban traffic density and a hotel structure with accommodation functions were constructed in an integrated manner. All architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical systems were planned within the project; implementation, coordination, and delivery processes were carried out comprehensively and were completed in 2013 without any deficiencies.
